By using the Sine Beauty website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Bookings and first trials

• First-trial prices apply once per customer, for first-time visitors only
• Prices shown are in Singapore dollars and may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking applies
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment

Rescheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings.

Packages and vouchers

Packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable unless stated, and must be used within their validity period. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Health and suitability

Please tell your therapist about allergies, skin conditions, medication, pregnancy or recent procedures before your treatment. Our facials are cosmetic beauty treatments, not medical treatments, and results vary from person to person. We may decline or adjust a treatment if it is not suitable for your skin.

Online shop

Product orders are confirmed by email. Opened skin care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; if an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
